Outside Sales Representatives

Full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Your role is to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Average annual earnings are between $150,000 and $250,000 per year, with top performers making upwards of $350K.

• Training pay + commission + bonus position
• Uncapped commissions
• Paid, world‑class training
• All leads provided—no cold calling or door knocking. 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments per day.
• State‑of‑the‑art training program

• Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
• Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Approachable demeanor.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
