What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
- Generate new business through door‑to‑door outreach, referrals, and networking
- Manage relationships from first contact through project completion
- Track pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Uncapped commissions + high earning potential
- Hands‑on mentorship from multi‑million‑dollar producers
