We are looking for a dedicated professional to promote and sell our Astound Services (Data, Phone, and Video) in the residential market through door‑to‑door sales and events with a robust uncapped commission model.

• Obtain new customers through professional, face‑to‑face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue daily leads.
• Understand each assigned property’s unique elements within the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing materials and execute strategic campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Identify customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly.
• Stay up to date on competitive activities in the market.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field (approximately 90% of work).
• Excellent communication, relationship building, organization, presentation, and influence skills.
• Positive, creative, and persuasive personality.
• Motivated self‑starter comfortable working autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Sales quota‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience visiting customers, providing quotes, and processing orders.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits listed above are for the regular full‑time position.

Base salary in Texas: $34,000 plus bonuses, benefits, and commission where applicable. Uncapped commissions can yield over $56,000 annually for top performers.
