Position SummarySupport the Membership team by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Make efforts to meet Membership goals.
What you’ll do- Develop and support Membership by giving information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
- Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
- Participate in sales and marketing events and make efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying them in executing business processes and practices.
