Launch your career in energy sales with Reliant! 2020 Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Energy Sales Specialist to represent and promote Reliant Energy services at retail, engage with customers, and drive new enrollments in a fast‑paced fast‑food retail environment.

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers
• Help customers lower energy costs in the community
• Identify needs and handle objections
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Collaborate to hit sales goals and celebrate wins
• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing required

• Strong experience in retail, event, or sales marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and event setup/teardown
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Average weekly earnings of $1,000-$1,350 with base pay & uncapped commission (top earners up to $2,500/week)
• Commission‑based pay with a $16.00/hr guaranteed minimum
• Next‑day pay via Daily Pay
