As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self‑directed individuals. This is a commission‑based position. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills.

• Generate leads
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Prepare paperwork
• Maintain client records
• Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory

Minimum requirements include:

• Associates degree
• Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience a plus
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Commitment to excellent customer service
