Tru Green is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage homeowners face‑to‑face, introduce them to customized lawn care solutions, and build lasting customer relationships using our proven Sales Playbook.

• Engage homeowners in door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity.
• Understand each household’s lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
• Convert inquiries into signed contracts using proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance in a CRM, ensuring data accuracy and follow‑through.
• Cross‑sell and upsell lawn care options to enhance customer value.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are equally valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready.
• Strong communication skills—able to engage in small talk and close sales with sincerity.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.

$27,669.00 – $58,865.00 (based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location; most candidates start in the lower half of the range).
