Position Title:

Foot & Ankle Sales Associate

• Partner closely with Sales Representatives in the area to quickly learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business, then contribute to growth in the assigned territory. This includes covering cases, marketing products, building sets, managing inventory, and converting customers to Stryker.
• Attend surgeries where Stryker Foot & Ankle products are used to ensure availability and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use, maintenance, functionality, product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to contact customers, identify opportunities, deliver excellent service, and develop relationships.
• Identify prospect needs with the Sales Representative and develop appropriate responses.
• After extensive product training, tailor Stryker’s promotional messages by understanding the customer, advising on product selection, answering questions, and distinguishing Stryker from competitors.
• Perform field calls for accounts and the assigned territory.
• Assist in implementing new sales plans and marketing strategies, partner with the Sales Representative and organization to meet and exceed quotas.
• Serve as primary backup contact for Sales Representatives, gaining basic understanding of regulatory compliance and adhering to these guidelines.
• Help resolve problems or questions that arise in accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives on inventory management and building proper inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to acquire and process Customer Purchase Orders for invoicing; maintain training in sales skills and products.
• Market the product line by focusing on functionality, features, and differentiators; stay current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
• Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of normal business hours.
• Consistently adhere to compliance and responsibility principles (Adva Med), maintain privacy and confidentiality, act with ethics and integrity, report non‑compliance, and follow applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) plus at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High School Diploma plus at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

$65,000 and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
