Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salaried Sales Consultant to join our team at our Temple, TX location. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and possess an outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This role requires someone who is eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new training and sales techniques. This position removes the uncertainty of commission sales and replaces it with a set monthly salary with the opportunity for additional bonuses.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain an organized approach to managing sales leads and customer follow-ups.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
