Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Temple, TX. The Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective customers, present copier and document solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow-up. Day-to-day activities include conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals and quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and achieving individual and team sales targets while representing CTWP in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in consultative sales, customer relationship management, and account development.
• Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and territory management in a business-to-business environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with clear professional writing and speaking skills.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn copier, printer, and document management solutions.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and operate independently while collaborating with team members.
• Prior experience in office equipment, technology solutions, or related sales is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency with common office software, CRM platforms, and standard business productivity tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to customer locations.
