As a Category Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the beer category in top retail accounts by optimizing shelf space, driving distribution, and creating winning merchandising strategies.

What You'll DoAs our Category Manager, you'll become the trusted category expert for top independent retail accounts throughout your territory.

Your Impact Will Include:

Managing high-volume independent retail accounts

Building and maintaining effective cooler and shelf sets Growing shelf space and visibility for our portfolio

Executing category reset initiatives and planograms

Analyzing sales trends and using data to make recommendations

Maintaining current category layouts and updating sets as changes occur

Partnering with the Sales team to drive distribution goals

Tracking reset activity, account performance, and category opportunities

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has 3-5 years of Category Management experience

Understands merchandising, planograms, shelf optimization, and category flow Enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes

Is highly organized and detail-oriented

Can confidently analyze data and identify opportunities

Has a valid Texas Driver License Loves solving problems and finding ways to win in the marketplace
