Who We’re Looking ForWe’d like to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience in sales, business development, leadership, or a customer-focused role
A strong enterprising mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A desire to build and grow a business
The ability to work within our local market area
Previous business ownership or management experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Insurance experience is also preferred, but you do not need to be currently licensed to apply. Qualified candidates can receive guidance and support through the licensing process.
