Insurance Sales Representative | Path to Agency Ownership

Previous business ownership, management, or leadership experience is a plus.

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. Candidates who do not currently hold their insurance licenses can receive guidance on the licensing process.

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Build a book of insurance business

• Develop recurring and long-term income

• Learn how to operate and grow an insurance agency

• Receive ongoing training, coaching, and business support

• Build relationships within the local community

• Recruit and develop a team as the business grows
