Insurance Sales Agent - Management Trainee

Farmers Insurance District 31 is looking for an experienced sales professional interested in developing their career in insurance, business development, and leadership.

This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who want to use their sales experience while learning how to build a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and grow into greater leadership and management responsibilities.

You’ll receive training, coaching, and ongoing support while learning the insurance business and developing the skills needed to grow within the organization.

• Previous sales experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A business-minded approach to sales and growth

• Motivation to develop leadership and management skills

• Ability to work within our local market area

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with an active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license are preferred. Candidates currently working toward their insurance licensing are also encouraged to apply.

Previous business ownership or management experience is a plus.
