, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification.

You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, access points, and high-value merchandise areas; report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and hazards according to site procedures.
• Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, while handling assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
