Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Installation Technician

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 4-3 (4 days on, 3 days off).

Hourly pay plus commissions and performance incentive bonuses. First‑year potential $50,000–$60,000+. Experienced technicians earn $60,000–$85,000+.

• Install and set up DISH TV systems for customers.
• Demonstrate and upsell a range of DISH products and accessories.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explain product features, and address concerns.
• Manage time efficiently during installations.
• Travel up to 20% of time (lodging and per diem covered).
• Climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in confined spaces as required.

• Experience in cable installation, construction, plumbing, manufacturing, retail, door‑to‑door sales, landscaping, or related fields.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, mechanical or electrical work, remodeling, roofing, low‑voltage wiring, welding, climbing, equipment repair, or automotive repair.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
