Ranch House Part Time Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a part‑time maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock skills, as well as experience with appliance repair. Knowledge of window AC units (PTECH) and washer/dryer repair is a plus.
Responsibilities- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance problems
- Oversee preventative maintenance for the entire property
- Experience with make‑ready preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock skills
- Experience with appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
$16-$22 per hour, based on skill level
