Skillforce is looking for Commercial Electricians in Temple, TX to join our team! This is an ongoing project working 40 hours a week with overtime possible. Pay for this role is up to $33/hr depending upon experience.
Commercial ElectricianDuties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service, installation, and repair electrical wiring and systems.
- Inspect, test, and perform preventative maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communications, and power circuits.
- Identify, communicate, and isolate electrical hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of commercial electrical construction practices including threading, bending conduit, and pulling/removing wire.
- Low and medium voltage
- EMT 3/4-1inch
- Cable pulling, splicing, and wall rough-in
- Running and bending conduit
- Completing terminations
- This is government facility. You must pass a background check with no record and DOT drug test.
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
Salary: $33.00 per hour
