* About the Role:

* As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of a variety of our facility's mechanical and electronic systems for a large hospital campus in Temple, Tx on the first shift. While this role covers general mechanical maintenance, a primary focus will be on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment, specifically television systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Install, configure, and troubleshoot televisions and related audiovisual equipment.

+ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure longevity and peak performance.

+ Assist with the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, including pneumatic tube systems and ice machines.

+ Execute assigned work orders in a timely manner, diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs on building equipment.

+ Support energy management initiatives by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and remain in compliance with codes and regulations.

+ Utilize work order management systems to track task status, completion, and resource allocation.

+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.

+ Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

** What You'll Need:*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of Previous experience in facility maintenance or electronics installation is preferred, but we are committed to providing training for candidates with the right aptitude.

+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
