Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Summit Ridge community. The role involves leading maintenance staff, overseeing service requests, and coordinating turns and upgrades to maintain high resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, a valid HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
