• Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage purchase orders for timely processing and fulfillment, maintaining efficient inventory levels
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for scheduling inbound and outbound shipments
• Act as the liaison between plant management and logistics teams to ensure effective communication

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge and experience with inventory and warehouse management systems; familiarity with COLT or similar software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Previous shipping and receiving and administrative experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
