OTR CDL-A TRUCK DRIVERS

Pay $0.54 - $0.60 CPM (based on location and experience). Earn great pay, consistent miles and 24/7 support.

Solo Drivers average 2,220+ miles per week. Team Drivers may earn up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus, split with an average of 5,500 miles per week. Options include a 30‑day on‑road/28‑day home schedule and Flex Fleet. TEAM match helps find a partner or build your own team. A sponsorship program is available.

• Must have a Class A CDL and be 21 years or older with at least 3 months of verifiable experience
• Paid orientation upon completion and hire
• No more than one CMV on‑road preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than two moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• No drug‑related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL
• No positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL‑A/CLP
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
