Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (SRO or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as shipping manifests and purchase orders.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or RF scanners.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be available for full weekend shifts (Fri‑Sun).

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or manifests for accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, creating bills of lading, and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers or internal teams.
• Perform cycle counts, data entry, and generate shipping/receiving reports as needed.
• Load and unload trucks safely (forklift experience preferred).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (OSHA), and quality procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized through 5S practices.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
