Press Brake Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operators to join our team in Templeton, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the bending of metal components. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.

Conduct regular inspections of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.

Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
