Your impact

Own setup and performance of Amada press brakes to deliver quality parts on time.

Configure, calibrate, and operate press brake equipment for daily production.

Build and maintain SOPs that standardize brake forming across shifts.

Partner closely with engineering and production to meet specifications and print requirements.

Coach operators on best practices, quality checks, and safe work habits.

Track run data, resolve forming issues quickly, and sustain flow.

Document production metrics and machine maintenance with accuracy.

Champion compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

What you need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced manufacturing/machining coursework preferred.

At least 5 years in press brake operations within a fast-paced fabrication shop.

Expertise with press brake tooling, programming basics, and setup optimization.

Strong leadership presence and clear communication.

Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Sharp troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
