Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed LTC/skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality resident care and support our nursing team as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Support nursing staff with routine care tasks
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and some holidays
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- Supportive work environment
