Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC). We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess residents and document changes in condition
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends
