Station Associate

Station Associate is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Major responsibilities include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies.

$300 sign-on bonus.

Salary range: $16.00 – $17.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Project a respectful, professional manner at all times.
• Seek advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.
• Maintain a clean and safe station as directed by management in assigned duties.
• Adhere to all company policy and procedures; notify management of any policies that are unclear or not being followed by other employees.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Complete duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.
• Report to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard.
• Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
