• Support the store manager in overseeing day‑to‑day store operations.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and end‑of‑day reporting.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates.
• Monitor product inventory and assist with ordering and stocking.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Act as manager when the store manager is unavailable.
• Help maintain merchandising, displays, and overall store appearance.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, food service, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices (Serv Safe certification a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
