Founded in 1967, Keeler launched as a small Mercedes-Benz dealership with only SIX employees. Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department.

Even with all this growth, over 50 years later, we are still a family owned and operated business that has kept its core values right from the start.

Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually

About Us

At BMW of Tenafly, we’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable professional to join our team as a BMW Genius / Product Specialist. This role is all about creating an exceptional customer experience and helping guests get the most out of their new BMW.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers throughout the showroom and delivery process
• Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality
• Conduct new vehicle orientations and product demonstrations
• Assist Sales Consultants with product knowledge and customer questions
• Build strong relationships and provide a personalized experience
• Stay up to date on BMW models, technology, and features
• Deliver a high level of customer service from the showroom through delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Passion for BMW and the automotive industry is a plus
