A leading children's care provider in Essex is searching for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to open and oversee a new 8-10 bed children's home. The role requires strong leadership skills and a track record in residential childcare management. You'll be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young people aged 11-17 with learning disabilities.
