Accounts Payable

Location:

Mascot, TN
Pay: $23 to $26 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Assignment Length: 6 weeks (short term, immediate start)

Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in container board and corrugated packaging, is hiring an Accounts Payable professional for a 6 week assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced accounting environment and make an immediate impact.

• Post and reconcile general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable transactions and prepare batch payments
• Audit and assist with accounts receivable transactions and adjustments
• Support weekly hourly payroll processing
• Assist with month end close activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies

• Associate degree required
• At least 1 year of accounting or business office experience
• Experience with accounts payable, general ledger, or payroll preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel ability
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Immediate start with a 6 week assignment
