** ed Accounts Payable
** professional to join their team. As an  
** Accounts Payable specialist** , you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $26.00

** Shift:
** Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Post entries accurately and completely to the general ledger, verifying and balancing accounts.

+ Process accounts payable transactions, including preparing batch payments.

+ Audit and collect accounts receivable transactions, making adjustments as needed.

+ Support weekly payroll processing and assist in month-end financial closings.

+ Maintain accounting and payroll files in accordance with record-keeping policies and respond to corporate requests.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate degree

+ At least 1 year of experience in a business office or accounting role, with exposure to general ledger, payroll, or accounts payable functions.

+ Solid understanding of accounting procedures and computer systems, preferably Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple requests, and maintain confidentiality.
