Senior Manager, Tax and Accounting

Louisville, KY (Hybrid Flexibility)

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead tax, audit, and accounting engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and mentor staff.

• Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance
• Mentor and develop high‑performing accounting professionals
• Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills
• Experience managing engagements and developing teams
• Experience with Quick Books, Ultra Tax, and Advance Flow preferred

This position operates as part of a US East Coast‑based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work‑life balance while meeting business needs.
