Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Morrison

Accounts Payable Specialist We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

Location:

Morrison, TN Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments Maintain and update vendor records Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements Support month-end closing and reporting activities Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or accounting support Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
