Accounts Payable Clerk - Dolly Parton's Stampede

Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN, a division of World Choice Investments LLC, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate accounting team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensure accurate vendor payments and reconcile expenses.

• Invoice Management:
  Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using accounting software.
• Data Verification:
  Compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges for accuracy.
• Expense Tracking:
  Review, process, and balance monthly credit card expense reports.
• Administrative Support:
  Maintain organized digital financial records.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.

  Proficient knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), word processing tools, and accounting software.
