Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Location: Burns, TN | Onsite

Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations for a growing business in Burns, TN. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership and operations while managing a broad range of accounting responsibilities.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Assist with payroll-related accounting activities
• Monitor cash flow and account balances
• Maintain organized accounting documentation
• Partner with operations and management as needed

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience required
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational environment

The successful Accountant will be dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the accounting function with minimal supervision. This person should enjoy variety and be able to move between transactional accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and operational support.
