YOUR IMPACT STARTS HEREWe're looking for a Plant Controller to join our Finance team at our manufacturing facility in McMinnville, TN. In this role, you'll oversee all financial activities for the assigned plant within Victaulic's multi-site operating environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and effective cost management. You'll partner with plant operations, other site controllers, and corporate finance resources to support decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and ensure consistency across locations.

This is an opportunity to act as a trusted financial business partner to plant leadership while contributing to cross-site standardization and best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWNPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the assigned plant within a multi-site structure

Lead the monthly close process for the plant, coordinating timelines and requirements with corporate finance

Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies, and standardized reporting practices across sites

Provide financial explanations for plant performance versus budget, forecast, prior periods, and peer-site benchmarks

Maintain and analyze standard costs and job costing, including material, labor, and overhead, in alignment with company-wide costing methodologies

Analyze manufacturing variances (PPV, usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption) and compare performance across sites

Support inventory valuation, reserves, cycle counts, and physical inventories, ensuring consistency with multi-site inventory policies and controls

Monitor and analyze scrap, rework, and yield metrics, including cross-site comparisons

Support capital project analysis, capitalization, and depreciation in coordination with corporate

Lead the annual budget and periodic forecast updates for the assigned plant within the broader multi-site planning process

Partner with plant leadership and corporate finance resources to develop aligned production, cost, and capital assumptions

Track performance against budget and forecast, identifying site-specific risks and opportunities

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies across the plant, and coordinate with corporate and other plant controllers to support internal and external audits

Maintain strong segregation of duties and standardized controls over inventory, fixed assets, and expenditures
