House Manager / Personal Assistant to Seth & Tori Bolt

We’re looking for a highly competent, deeply trustworthy House Manager / Personal Assistant to help run the personal side of our lives with the same level of excellence we operate our business (Bolt Farm Treehouse).

This is not a “helper” role. This is not a clock-in / clock-out job.

And this is definitely not for someone who needs reminders, checklists, or hand-holding to do excellent work.

About the Role

We’re Seth & Tori Bolt—founders of Bolt Farm Treehouse, parents, builders, and people who live full, fast, intentional lives.

This role exists to make our home, personal logistics, and day-to-day life operate like a five-star property
.

You’ll be boots-on-the-ground. You’ll notice what’s off before anyone else does. You’ll take ownership of the details that most people overlook—and quietly make them disappear.

• Maintain pristine organization and order across the home
• Tidying and light cleaning including laundry, dishes, fridge systems (organization and throwing away expired food), closets, storage, and general flow
• Coordinate and oversee home vendors (cleaners, maintenance, lawn care)
• Prepare the home for guests, family visits, dinners, events
• Manage meal orders
• Meal prep (daily smoothie, dinner setup—we use heat-and-eat for ease)

• Fully own household inventory: groceries, supplies, amenities, household needs
• Build and maintain restock systems so nothing runs out
• Handle mail and package returns: open, scan, organize, execute
• Christmas cards and other invitations/announcements

• Run errands efficiently and proactively
• Coordinate vehicle care: fueling, cleaning, service appointments, registration
• Occasionally drive Seth/ Tori to personal appointments so they can work in the car

• On-site support for events and VIP visits
• Travel with us as needed: handle luggage, Ubers, hotel check-ins, food, logistics (and occasional content capture)
• Own gifting for team, family, and friends
• Party-planning

• Who You Are:
• Type A in the best way—organized, precise, reliable
• Systems-minded and emotionally mature
• You love creating order and efficiency
• You move with urgency but never panic
• You notice details others miss
• 3+ years in private service, personal assistant, estate management, or luxury hospitality
• Live within 45 minutes of Whitwell, TN—or willing to relocate

• Their daughter’s nanny
• Their Executive Assistant (virtual)
