Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Care Bridge)

Location:

501 Great Circle Road, Nashville, TN (onsite)

Work hours:

Monday through Friday, general business hours. The role requires on-site presence full time.

Job Level: Non-Management, Non-Exempt

Responsibilities
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain general file systems, order supplies, screen phone calls, and coordinate meetings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel plans and submit expense reports.
  • Assemble meeting and presentation materials.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to produce reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
  • Perform technical support duties such as information gathering, reporting, tracking, and research.
  • Support vendor and facility relationships.
  • Organize chart updates.
  • Respond to routine correspondence following established procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take initiative.
