General Office Assistant | $12/Hour
We're looking for a dependable and organized General Office Assistant to join a busy office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:- Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain office records
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Respond to emails and help coordinate daily office activities
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
Schedule:
- Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8:0 AM-5:00 PM
