Summary
You will serve as a FUL-Administrative Support Assistant (OA) (Seasonal) with the National Park Service in the Administration and Business Services Division for Great Smoky Mountains National Park located at Gatlinburg, TN. The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period for Seasonal Staffing Office-Great Smoky Mountains National Park is October 2026 to July 2027, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding.

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:
Supports the Commercial Services Office with the issuance of special park use permits. Responsible for completing administrative and clerical processes for office services and/or information management. Performs accounting, budget, or financial management support duties related to recurring or standardized transactions such as purchase orders, payroll transactions, travel vouchers, charge card reconciliations, utility payments, etc. Within delegated authority, purchases supplies, equipment, and services for the unit utilizing a purchase card, or a blanket purchase agreement under micro-purchase authority.
You must submit a copy of your transcript(s) to support claimed education if substituting education for experience. Transcripts must include your name, school name, grades, credit hours earned, major(s), grade point average or class ranking, and date the degree was conferred, if applicable. A typed list of courses, grades, semester/quarter hours, GPA, etc. will not be accepted. Non-submission may result in being rated not qualified for the position.
