Primary Responsibilities : (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

• The setting up and removal of various meeting room sets
• Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables
• Setting up water stations, note pads and pencils
• Making changes to room sets on short notice
• Moving pianos
• Setting up staging and placing of easels
• Working in a safe manner
• Meeting with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Communicating through a two-way radio
• Placing equipment in the proper storage areas
• Maintenance of equipment

• Day shift and night shift
  - Shift time and days off varies depending on business

• Hospitality experience preferred

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

• Able to listen and speak well
• Strong communication skills-communicate in a positive and confident manner
