Parts Department Manager

We are currently looking for an Experienced (3+ years) Parts Department Manager. We are looking for an energetic leader with superior inventory control. GM experience preferred. We are looking for a strong leader with the ability to grow and motivate team members.

Pay will be dependent upon experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers about parts and automotive repair.
  • Ensure proper Inventory levels and assist customers with special orders
  • Work with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with Service Manager and other departments to ensure all parts are obtained in a timely manner
  • Set sales objective for the parts staff and calculate monthly incentives as needed
  • Maintain a clean and receivable parts schedule
  • Coordinate all parts returns and scraps for OEM and non OEM returns
REQUIREMENTS
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
  • Ensure Parts are inventoried per set guidelines
  • Maintain proper stocking levels by utilizing our parts inventory management system, (RIM) and minimize obsolescence
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent Inventory Control Skills
  • Ability to drive the team to achieve maximum productivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and grow your team
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new processes
  • Ability to multi task while remaining customer focused
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
