Job Summary

Mavis Tire Service in Nashville, TN is hiring full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians. The base pay is negotiable, and eligible technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during an introductory period, up to $800 per week.

• Install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, in addition to the guaranteed hourly rate.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work five days each week.
