• Pay: $30-$60/hour (flat-rate, based on experience and productivity).

Jenkins Car Care is an independently owned, ATI-coached auto repair shop in Cedar Hill, TN. We're not a franchise and we're not a chain - we're a locally owned shop built on honest diagnostics, quality repairs, and taking care of our customers like neighbors, because they are. We run on modern shop management tools (Tekmetric) and structured processes that keep techs productive and paid fairly for the work they do.

We're growing - including plans for a second location - and we're looking for a skilled technician who wants to be part of that growth.

• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of makes and models.
• Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on findings, recommendations, and job status.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and document findings with photos/notes.
• Keep your bay organized and equipment well maintained.
• Stay current on training and certifications (ATI coaching and ongoing manufacturer/ASE training supported).

• 8+ years of proven experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain them).
• Strong diagnostic skills - electrical, engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, HVAC.
• Own tools (shop provides specialty/diagnostic equipment).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards shop.
