• Quality Repairs: Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnostics: Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
• Full-System Maintenance: Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Clear Communication: Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates for repairs.
• Warranty Compliance: Execute all vehicle repairs under warranty strictly to manufacturer specifications.

• Experience: Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background.
• Credentials: ASE Certifications are highly preferred and ideal.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Pre-Employment: Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Driving Record: Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
