Job Summary

The Member Onboarding Specialist (MOS) ensures every new Nationwide Marketing Group (NMG) Member experiences a smooth, organized, and successful onboarding process while providing ongoing business support. This role supports organizational growth by delivering exceptional member service and helping member companies operate efficiently and profitably. The MOS manages a moderate portfolio of Member accounts within an assigned territory. The position requires regular communication via video, phone, and digital channels, with limited travel as needed.

The focus is on creating an exceptional onboarding experience, driving adoption of NMG programs, and fostering strong member relationships. Collaboration with regional vendor representatives supports both Member success and recruitment efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitates seamless onboarding, setting up new Members quickly and efficiently for long-term success
  • Communicates consistently with assigned Members through video, phone, and digital channels
  • Drives adoption of NMG services and programs to increase Member engagement and revenue
  • Guides Members in leveraging NMG tools to grow sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability
  • Supports Independent Retailers in boosting performance through group programs and services
  • Identifies, prospects, and recruits new Appliance, Electronics, Furniture, Bedding, and Rent-to-Own retailers into NMG membership
  • Presents program benefits and delivers actionable recommendations to improve Member operations and profitability
