Product Manager

Overview

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking to hire a Product Manager. This position is 100% remote.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

• Developing and implementing product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Leading product managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Producing and reviewing product requirements documents (PRD).
• Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Making creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Suggesting sales process improvements.
• Understanding and implementing checkout, payment, and retail processes.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
• Coordinating with marketing to ensure proper positioning and promotion of the product in the market.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role.
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello.
• Experience in payment, retail, and checkout processes.
• Proven experience in setting strategic product direction and creating product roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a related industry.
