We bring the highest level of traffic control experience available to state, city, and private projects, ensuring the success and on‑time completion of projects we are a part of.

The Estimator will be responsible for collecting necessary information and organizing documents to support the Chief Estimator in the preparation of competitive bids.

• Search local and national databases for new project opportunities
• Identify, analyze, and interpret plans and construction materials to propose by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Identify and provide deviations from the proposal, including scope and specifications
• Prepare takeoffs by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
• Create project management folders for each individual project for bidding. Conduct credit reviews for customers
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Input data to show bid status and report of bid awards
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications
• Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through a CRM portal
• Assist Estimator with daily job duties and tasks
• Learn basic traffic control by attending the offered classes
• Update sales pipeline and activity tracker with up‑to‑date notes, award status, and other relevant information
